Appointment Times
The earliest appointments are typically 9 a.m. and the latest appointments are typically 4 p.m., but exceptions can be arranged. All appointment times are determined by availability and location.
Fuel Surcharge
A $25 fuel surcharge will be added to the fee for appointments more than 60 miles away from 2011 Commerce Drive, Peachtree City, Ga 30269 — the van’s typical departure location. This fee will be waived, if at least two patients are scanned during the same visit.
Late Arrivals
Our drivers will wait up to 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, if possible. The wait time may vary depending on when and where their next scan is scheduled. If the patient does not show, a $50 cancellation fee may be applied.
