Cancellation Policy

If a patient decides to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they must do so at least 24 HOURS (1 day) prior to their appointment date and time. If the patient cancels their appointment within 24 hours of their reservation date or fails to cancel, a $50 cancellation fee may be applied.

If the patient cannot reach a representative of the company, or has called after business hours, it is still the patient’s responsibility to send an email to info@mobileicat.com or leave a voice message, 770-841-3048, in the company’s messaging system about canceling or rescheduling their appointment.

Fuel Surcharge

A $25 fuel surcharge will be added to the fee for appointments more than 60 miles away from 2011 Commerce Drive, Peachtree City, Ga 30269 — the van’s typical departure location. This fee will be waived, if at least two patients are scanned during the same visit.

Late Arrivals

Our drivers will wait up to 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, if possible. The wait time may vary depending on when and where their next scan is scheduled. If the patient does not show, a $50 cancellation fee may be applied.
